Although we try our very best to ensure that the order is fulfilled to match the picture entirely, there are times when flowers may need to be substituted for another. It's okay! We promise to fulfill the order accoriding to price, color, style, flower type, & beauty with whatever substitutions we make.

The rose arrangment will never be substituted with anything but roses. If the selected color is out of stock, we will notify the customer before making any substitutions to ensure they would still like to place the specified order.
